Jed was able to do his first solo in a performance in intermediate school in the jazz band this evening. We didn't find out that he even had a concert until just yesterday, and then it was today a few hours before the concert, that he told us he had a solo. Apparently Jed said the teacher asked today if anyone wanted to do a solo, and he raised his hand. What a brave kid! Even though he had little time to prepare, he did a fantastic job!
